Resident deer graze peacefully with their fawns on the "back 40".
Your horse will enjoy a bright and airy stall, deeply bedded with shavings over rubber mats to reduce stress on her legs. Each stall has a view to the outside.
Exercise is provided year-round in bright indoor arena, grassy paddock, or on the covered hot walker. Indoor, hot water washrack provides year-round grooming.
Turnout in outdoor grass or sand paddock with safe fencing weather permitting.
All horses are fed three times daily with top quality Bent grass hay, grown on our property. Each horse is fed and cared for on an individual basis. Since dehydration is a common problem for transported horses, water consumption is carefully monitored.
While your horse stays at Mulberry Lane Farms for her quarantine, the following services are included at no additional charge:
Electrolytes, TM salt w/Selenium, Wheat bran, Rice bran, Microbiotics, Vitamin fortified grain, Turnout, Light Exercise, Blanketing, Grooming & Personal Attention.
Also included is a thorough physical exam performed by the veterinarian, including testing electrolyte levels, upon your horse's arrival and again prior to release.
